Accurate and reliable financial and business accounting is essential for every organization. We do not participate in any activity that may lead to the transmission of false or inaccurate financial information within Levitex Trade Limited or to our clients. We always ensure the completeness and accuracy of all information processed by Levitex Trade Limited.
Prohibition of illegal payments.
In all circumstances, we are required to comply with all local and foreign anti-bribery laws, including international corruption laws that govern the activities of Levitex Trade Limited and its structures around the world. Practices that are acceptable in a commercial environment may be inappropriate when interacting and communicating with officials and even violate the requirements of laws and regulations in certain countries. Professional Ethics Training Course, Certification and Verification.
All Levitex Trade Limited employees complete the Levitex Trade Limited professional ethics training course, confirm adherence to this Code of Conduct, and provide information that Levitex Trade Limited may request as part of periodic reviews of its employees.
Compliance with legal requirements.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct by our employees or persons working on behalf of or on behalf of our organization will be grounds for the immediate termination of Levitex Trade Limited’s commercial relationship with these employees and persons, including termination of employment contracts. Levitex Trade Limited will also have the right to immediately terminate commercial relations with these entities, including termination of all relevant contracts, if the due diligence process identifies issues of business ethics or legal compliance.
Reporting violations.

The information you provide to Levitex Trade Limited must be accurate and Levitex Trade Limited expects your assistance in conducting any investigations into incidents and situations that you inform Levitex Trade Limited of. Providing false information to Levitex Trade Limited may result in the termination of your commercial relationship with Levitex Trade Limited, including the termination of all related contracts.
